what do you need to know?
LENGTH OF TOUR:
All private tours last approximately 3 hours (Additional hours are available)
PICK-UP LOCATIONS:
Tours depart from 600 North Clark Street (outside McDonalds) but we do offer alternate pick-up and drop-off locations for a $50 fee. This will depend on availability and pick-ups must be in the downtown area. We may be able to pick you up at locations and neighborhoods NOT downtown, but this will factor into the time of the actual tour and may require additional hourly fees to cover the driving time.
CAN WE CANCEL?
If you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable, although it can be applied to a reschedule. We require 10 business days to cancel without penalty.
CAN WE CHANGE THE BUZ SIZE?
If you need a larger or smaller vehicle, we may be able to change that for you, but there will be a price difference and we need at least 10 business days to make the change.

We can offer an experience like you're not going to find anywhere else and suggest a combination of tours, depending on how "sexy" you want to the tour to be. One of our most popular options is a combination of ghosts, pub stops, and bawdy stops that can be set up to your taste. All tours can be changed and customized for your group. No Ghosts? More Pubs? Don't want an adult stop? You just need to let us know, and we'll put it all together for you. We even let you choose how "sexy" you want your tour to be!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PRIVATE TOURS:
1. What Days & Times Do you Offer Private Tours?
Private tours can be booked seven days a week, but some days and times are better -- or at least offer a better chance that we will be available. We will do private tours on the same night that a public tour is scheduled, but only if one of our buses is available. On most nights, we offer private tours with start times anywhere at 7:00 PM or 10:00 PM. We can offer slight variations on those times, but it depends on guide availability. We also offer tours during the daytime -- and during the week, depending on availability --, just let us know what time you need and we'll see what we can do!
2. How Far in Advance Do I need to Book a Private Tour?
We recommend that you book as soon as you know the date when you need the tour! Our tours are very popular and available dates sell out quickly. The earlier that you can make your reservation, the better! Once we are booked, we won't be able to clear the date to make room for you.
4. How Many People Can You Fit on a Private Tour?
Private Tours can book as few people as you like, but we have bus capacity of 14, 23 and 39 and 55 people, depending on the size of your group and how much you want to spend. The price is not based on a per-person price, but rather on the size of the bus you book.
5. Can we bring our own bus for a Private Tour?
Yes -- and we offer a different rate as long as you furnish your own bus. We do tours for school groups and larger corporate events. The price is a $500 flat fee -- unlike other tour companies, we do not ask for a per person price when you are using your own bus!
6. Can You Pick Up Somewhere Other than the 600 North Clark Street?
Absolutely -- that's our standard pick-up spot but we have picked groups up at hotels, bars, restaurants, and even private homes and apartments. However, if we do pick up at anywhere other than 600 North Clark Street, there is a $50 charge for time, gas and distance. We only pick up in the city and as close to downtown as possible. We do not travel out to the suburbs for pick-ups because it cuts too much into the time of the tour.
7. Can I Customize a Tour to Combine Things You Offer?
Yes -- we have a list of different tours that we offer above but you are welcome to mix and match the tours as much as you like. We offer combinations of any of them, for the most part, and are happy to work with you so that you see what you'd like.
8. Can we bring alcohol on the bus?
Yes! You can bring liquor, and we can also make as many pub stops during the tour as time allows. Please note: A $250 clean-up fee will be added to your charge if an inordinate amount of garbage is left behind, for spilled liquor, or vomit. This is a charge applied to us by our bus company, and we have to pass it on to you.
